A family in the Strensall area of York are looking for a warm, friendly Nanny for their two children aged 6 and 9 years.

The hours would be 3.30pm until 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday term time (or alternatively 5:45pm until 8pm), with up to 4 weeks of full days 10am - 8pm required during school holidays. Mondays could be added if more hours are required.

Duties would include pick up from school or after-school club, all aspects of childcare, after school activities drop off/pick up on Wednesdays and Mondays.

Must hold a full drivers license, own car preferred.

Minimum of Level 2 childcare related qualification and current first aid certificate. Wage dependent on experience.

Experience
- Previous experience working as a Nanny, Child carer or Teaching Assistant
- Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate activities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact with children of different ages and their parents
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
