The Role
As Nursery Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team of early years practitioners
- Ensure outstanding standards of care, learning, and safeguarding
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements
- Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community
- Manage budgets, occupancy levels, and staff development
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high-quality practice
You will be both a hands-on leader and a strategic thinker, committed to excellence in early years provision.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
- Has proven leadership experience in an early years setting
- Has strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Is organised, confident, and approachable
- Demonstrates excellent communication and people-management skills
- Is passionate about creating enriching environments for children
- Values community engagement and partnership working
