Full-Time Nanny/Housekeeper Wanted — Between York and Malton

Role Summary

We are seeking a nurturing, proactive, and dependable Nanny/Housekeeper to support a family with childcare and household responsibilities. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys creating a calm and happy environment for children while keeping the household running smoothly.

What We’re Offering:

• Hours: 35 hours, Before and After school plus hours during the school day for housekeeping.
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.

About the Nanny Role:

• Looking after two lovely children aged 8 and 6..
• Managing school runs and meal times.
• Driving children to clubs and extracurricular activities.
• Ensuring homework and piano practice are completed.

Other responsibilities include:

• General housekeeping (cleaning, laundry, ironing)
• Grocery shopping & meal preparation.
• Occasional errands.
• Dog walking

You’ll Need:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A warm, organised and proactive approach
• Paediatric first aid (or willingness to train)
• Up-to-date DBS (or willingness to obtain)
• Glowing references

A driver’s licence is essential due to the location of the family and needs of the role.
